The 6500XT in the real world maybe isn't as bad a card as been toted in reviews on release. Especially at the price paid around £170, many selling around £250, which to me is way overpriced. As is a little faster than an NV 1060 in fact. But coupled with AMDs Smart access memory & an overclock (even possible in AMD drivers) narrows the small difference between it & the £400 RX 6600 (obviously that card can also do the same). Only drawback is only 4GB VRAM which means 1080p for most newest AAA games as textures /draw distance will be affected by lack of RAM. The odd game may need to lower the odd setting. A gripe is that the card performs better in PCIex 4 but the difference in real world usage is only about 1-2 FPS .
